Public Inquiries and Expert Witness
Senior Halcrow MWT staff regularly provide expert advice regarding traffic and transport aspects of matters under inquiry. Expert advice can include:
- preparation of Statements of Evidence;
- appearance as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court, and
- provision of submissions to public hearings, Commissions of Inquiry and other public inquiries.
