Halcrow MWT is committed to developing the skills of new graduates with above average qualifications in various disciplines, including Engineering, Planning, Mathematics, Geography, Statistics and IT. Effective written and communication skills are highly valued.

As a graduate with Halcrow MWT, you will be encouraged to learn new skills as you work alongside colleagues from other disciplines, and to continue your professional development through attendance and active participation at appropriate conferences.

Halcrow MWT provide on-the-job training, opportunities to attend structured external training sessions, and regular internal training courses and seminars. We also have a Professional Development Program in conjunction with Engineers Australia to assist staff members in achieving Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
